How To Track My Order ?

We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days. However, please note that this timeframe may vary due to factors such as increased demand, stock availability, or national holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays.

What Are The Shipping Times For My Order ?

From the time we ship your order, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7-10 days
- UK: 5-10 days
- Europe: 5-12 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen delays with the carrier.

How Do I Return Or Exchange My Item(s) ?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and include original packaging and tags. For return instructions, please contact us at store.aw@outlook.com and include your order number.
Please note that Alexandra Westbrook reserves the right to reject refund requests based on sizing issues. We strongly advise customers to review our sizing chart before making a purchase to ensure the best fit.

Am I Responsible For The Cost Of A Return ?

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What Is The Estimated Time For A Refund To Be Processed ?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
